Herbal Hay is a small scale production of locally grown organic hay and fodder for working horses, cows and sheep on the island of Ibiza. The project aims to establish various species of perennial and annual forage crops that are climate-adapted to regenerate soils and provide optimal livestock nutrition and a mineral-balanced diet.
