Es Senalló @ Can Moreno

Es Senalló is an initiative of Rosalina Marí and Toni Cardona.

After years of dedication to the dissemination and promotion of organic farming, Rosalina, Toni and their collaborators decided to create an organic farm in the heart of the island of Ibiza, in order to supply its inhabitants and visitors with locally produced organic food.

They have been motivated to do so by the need to conserve the seeds of traditional varieties, promote agricultural biodiversity, take care of the natural and cultural heritage of the island and guarantee the right of all people to eat healthy food.
