1.- Banner Cookies
When the user enters the web for the first time, the typical banner / pop-up warning should be displayed with a text like:
«If you accept, we will install our and third-party cookies on your device to improve navigation, provide the service and obtain statistics | Accept – Reject – Configure | Click HERE for more information.
And in the “HERE” it would link to the Cookies Policy itself.
Regarding the current text, we consider it appropriate to modify at least the phrase “do not sell my personal data” by the “reject” button. Since the first sentence does not clearly mean that cookies are rejected.
2.- Contact form
The Ibiza Ecologic Association collects your data to answer your query. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, among others, according to our Conditions of Use and Privacy.
In the place where it says “Conditions of Use and Privacy” it should be linked to the corresponding document.
