"Vedrà Kombucha" embodies the essence of Ibiza, reflecting the island's harmonious relationship with nature and its drive for change and liberation. Its mission is to promote a new way of eating based on authentic and local ingredients that benefit both our body and the planet.

Mark Frydrychowski set up a small production facility and started sourcing the best ingredients from local farmers. He also started experimenting with different flavors and ingredients and soon his kombucha spread to many outlets around the island.
