In this small place in the center of the city, Maribel, its owner, prepares vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan recipes with love and passion.

She alone takes care of the restaurant, which works in a different way than conventional. There are no waiters here, you serve yourself.

From her refrigerators, Maribel is taking out everything that she is cooking at the moment. You just have to choose what you want the most. As far as possible, she uses Ibizan and organic products. Her dishes are prepared daily, and she always buys seasonal ingredients.
