Ïoana, Ángel and Marc are the founders of Pantastic Ibiza, a micro-workshop that opened its doors in 2022 and that focuses on the recovery of artisan sourdough bread.
This is bread that is born from the care and respect of the hands of a new generation, people who know natural ingredients, the optimal fermentation times to enhance the aroma and flavor of the cereal that makes them possible, and who are committed to local raw materials.
Among the breads they make at Pantastic, we find those of the “Xeixa” wheat variety, from Ibiza and Menorca. Xeixa wheat has many benefits, it is not only an interesting wheat for its sweeter flavor and special aroma, but also for its lower gluten content, which makes it less allergenic and more digestive.
In addition to bread, they serve special coffee and breakfast/brunch with their own vegetarian and vegan preparations.
