They make their own ice creams with top quality Ibizan products.

They have two establishments: one in Playa d'en Bossa and another in Dalt Vila, Ibiza.

They use fresh milk from Ibiza, carob vegetable fibers and extra fine sugar, all combined with great ingredients such as fresh fruit from the island, almonds from Santa Inés, Alicante nougat, Italian tiramisu, Piedmontese hazelnuts, Sicilian pistachio or South American cocoa.

In addition to traditional ice creams, they have another assortment made with soy milk and rice milk suitable for vegans.

They also make icecreams without sugar, for celiacs and diabetics, or people who just want to take care of their figure.
