S’essenci Ibiza

S'essenci aims to recover the essence of the Ibizan "majoras" by preparing its recipes with local, organic products, trying to apply biodynamics.

They have a simple, tasty and well-balanced set menu, including a specialty every day and other surprises made from fresh ingredients, as well as a fusion with flavors from around the world.

In S'essenci you can enjoy a tea made with aromatic herbs from Ibiza, combined to your liking, including beers and organic wines from local viticulturists, as well as their bloody mary gazpacho in summer, or their version of Pisco Sour "payés" all year long.

They have a delivery service throughout Ibiza with a supplement and catering service.
