Aubergine by Atzaró

Aubergine by Atzaró is a beautiful Ibizan restaurant in the middle of the countryside, with healthy and delicious food, farm-to-table, with products and ingredients from their own production.

Located in a rustic house, you can eat either inside, or on any of its large terraces with gardens and pergolas.

All of the dishes are made with natural and organic ingredients, produced in-house from the Atzaró organic garden or locally sourced. The fruits and vegetables and the aromatic herbs are collected in season from the vegetable gardens of Atzaró. Also, the meat and fish are from local producers.

Natural juices, cocktails and organic wines come from the bar that combine perfectly with the style of thier Mediterranean cuisine, with healthy and delicious dishes to share.

They also offer a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as grilled meats and fish.
